Short version: Consult Valix collects the information you send us to do the work you’ve hired us to do. Nothing more. We don’t sell it. We don’t train third-party models on it.

When you book a discovery call, we capture your name, email, and the context you share about your business. That information lives in our own CRM and email, is used to scope the engagement, and is never shared with anyone outside the team.

If we build an agent for you, it runs against your accounts, your data, and your tools. We don’t retain copies for training or resale. When the engagement ends, you own the code and you control the data.
