Websites & Brand.

Sites wired into your automations.

Most agencies build a beautiful site and wish you luck. We build a site wired into your CRM, your AI triage, and the automations running behind it — because the team designing the hero is the same team building the agent that qualifies the leads.

The difference

Most sites are where the conversation ends.

A visitor lands. They read. They fill out a form. That form fires an email to a shared inbox — and the site’s job is done. The rest depends on whether someone on your team sees the email before Friday.

That’s where we do things differently. On our builds, the form submission is the start of the automation. An AI agent qualifies the lead, drops a note in your CRM, pulls relevant context, drafts a reply in your voice, and schedules a call if the lead fits.

By the time someone on your team reads the email, half the work is already done. The site isn’t a brochure. It’s the front door of a working system.

If you’re not ready for the automation layer, we build the site without it. You can add it later. The stack is designed for that.

Who this is for

Four signs you’re the right fit.

  1. 01

    Founders launching something.

You need a site, not a strategy deck. Shipped in weeks, wired to your CRM, ready for the first campaign.

  2. 02

SaaS and B2B teams on Webflow who’ve outgrown it.

The designer-handed-off template is fine for year one. Year two, you need real code, real performance, and a site that doesn’t fall over when traffic spikes.

  3. 03

    Brands due for a refresh.

Your logo was free on Fiverr, your colors are default Bootstrap, your type is whatever came with the template. Time to look like a company that charges what you charge.

  4. 04

Operators running automation, needing the front door.

You’ve already got agents working behind the scenes. The site feeding them is a PDF-exported template from 2020. Time to match the back end.

How we build

Five steps. Launched in weeks, not quarters.

  1. 01

    Positioning Session

Before any pixels, we pin down who the site is for, what action it should drive, and what a cold visitor needs to believe to take it. 90 minutes. No 40-page brand deck required.

  2. 02

    Design & Copy

We design the hero, the sections that earn their keep, and the CTA that closes — and write the copy that goes in them. One designer, one writer, one Figma. You see the full site, not pieces.

  3. 03

    Production Build

Next.js + Tailwind, deployed to Vercel or your infrastructure. Lighthouse scores in the 95+ range. No bloated page builder, no mystery scripts slowing you down.

  4. 04

    Automations Layer

The part no one else does: we wire the site into your CRM, your AI triage, your scheduling — so form fills become qualified leads automatically, not another inbox to check.

  5. 05

    Launch & Handoff

Real launch with real QA. You get the code, the CMS access, and a recorded walkthrough. Your team can update copy without calling us back every week.

What we build

Six common engagements.

New Marketing Site

Full brand refresh plus a site that reads like it was written by someone who understands the product. Hero to footer, designed and shipped.

Landing Page Build

One focused page for a launch, campaign, or vertical. Scoped to ship in one week. Wired to your analytics and lead capture from day one.

Brand System

Logo, type, color, photography direction — the brand guide your team actually uses when making slides, docs, or the next page.

Conversion Audit

Heuristic review of your existing site with a specific list of what to change and the expected lift. Three weeks of changes, not three months of redesign.

CMS Migration

Off Webflow, off WordPress, onto a stack your next hire can actually maintain. Preserving SEO, redirects, and content structure.

Automations Retrofit

Your site is fine. What it does after the form submission isn’t. We add the agent layer — qualification, routing, follow-up — behind the site you already have.

Why Consult Valix

Five things we won’t compromise on.

  1. 01

    Sites wired into your automations.

Most agencies hand you a beautiful site and wish you luck. We wire form fills to your CRM, AI triage, and scheduling — because the automation team and the site team are the same team.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price, shipped in weeks.

Landing page in a week. Full marketing site in 3–4 weeks. Brand system in 2. Fixed-price after discovery. No hourly meter running in the background.

  3. 03

    Written, not templated.

Every headline, every section, every CTA is written for your specific audience. We don’t ship lorem ipsum, placeholder testimonials, or “customize me” copy.

  4. 04

Built on a stack you can maintain.

Next.js + Tailwind + a headless CMS. Your marketer can update copy, your developer can extend it, anyone on the market can work on it.

  5. 05

    Performance is a deliverable.

Lighthouse 95+ on mobile, not a lofty goal. Fast-loading, SEO-correct, accessible. The site gets faster every month we work on it, not slower.

Frequently asked

What does the timeline look like from kickoff to launch?
Standard engagements ship in 3-4 weeks: positioning session in week 1, design and copy in weeks 2-3, build and QA in week 4, launch and migration in week 4-5. Larger sites with 30+ pages, multilingual support, or deep CMS integrations run 6-8 weeks. Every milestone is fixed-price and fixed-date — no hourly creep, no delays we don't own.
How do you measure conversion improvement after launch?
Three layers: Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) tracked weekly via Vercel Speed Insights or PageSpeed; conversion events instrumented in GA4 and Plausible from day one; and a monthly report covering ranking position on the keywords that drive your pipeline, GBP impression and call volume, and goal-completion rate. The Enthusiast Auto Works build moved conversion from 15% to 38% in the first eight months — the methodology is the same on every engagement.
Will you migrate our existing content from WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace?
Yes. Content audit and migration is included in the fixed price. We map every existing URL to a new one (or keep it identical), set up 301 redirects on launch day, and submit an updated sitemap to Google so ranking continuity is preserved. For sites with significant blog content (50+ posts), we run a parallel content QA pass to fix broken images, dead links, and outdated dates as part of the migration.
What is the difference between this service and the SEO/GEO retainer?
This page covers the build — site, brand, and the technical SEO foundation that ships at launch (semantic markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals tuning, GBP optimization, citation cleanup). The ongoing SEO/GEO retainer ($1,200-$2,800/mo) covers what compounds month over month: content cadence, ranking management, GBP review velocity, monthly reporting, and tuning against what is actually moving call volume. Most clients run both — the build sets the floor; the retainer raises the ceiling.
